You might think that you are set to go, but there are always small things that are easy to miss.  Even if they seem to be unimportant to you right now, including them into you wedding day timeline will not hurt. Think about these small details today, and avoid stress and unpredictable expenses in the future.

Bridal lingerie

Bridal lingerie is the second most important piece of the bridal wardrobe after the wedding dress.  It should be comfortable, beautiful (especially you want to impress your future husband or have a memorable wedding preparation photoshoot) and match the dress.  Many brides make a mistake and think about this accessory at the last minute. We recommend you to be more cautious and give yourself quality time in finding of a proper size, color and style.

Catch the golden hour

Wedding photos are the thing to keep, to reflect on and to share. That is why the wedding photoshoot is one of the most important parts of the wedding. Finding a professional photographer, who will be able to catch the happiest moment of your day, is one thing. There is also another one  – to choose the perfect time for your photoshoot. Most photographers would agree, that the best time for shooting is the golden hour – a short period of time with the softest and the most natural light. When is the golden hour? It is either time during and shortly after the sunrise or one hour before the sunset.  Make sure that your wedding photoshoot at one of these times and enjoy magnificent photos.

Get additional accessories for your wedding gown

Besides the veil and shoes, there are other small bridal accessories that it is worth thinking of.   Among them are a crown, earrings, necklace, hair pins, and others. They are not required, but some of them will help to complete a bridal look. For example, it might be good to get a necklace if your wedding dress is strapless. A crown would be a great accessory for creating more elegant and royal look. It is good to think about your look in advance, and decide if any small accessory can help you to look better and more unique.

Think of games for kids

It is always a great idea to have a kids-friendly wedding –  children will make your wedding day very special. However, you should understand that it is not easy to keep them entertained.  Think of entertainment for your little guests in advance, plan some activities and games, or even hire an animator – a person, who will entertain kids at the reception. You probably did not count on any extra unpredictable expenses like this, but believe us – it is worth it. An animator will keep kids busy, and they will not disrupt you or other guests.

Do not forget to feed your vendors

One small details that many couples forget – providing meals for their vendors.  You might have been too busy by planning the menu for your guests, taking care of their dietary restrictions and choosing a wedding cake, so you have completely forgotten about your vendors. A photographer, DJ and wedding planner are expected to be hungry after working for you all day. Talk to the vendors before the wedding day, ask about their meal preferences and dietary restrictions. Even if they decide to bring their own food, they will still appreciate your care.

Prepare your wedding makeup bag

Lots of precious moments will be documented during the wedding. That is why, as a bride and the queen of the day, you want to look your very best and be camera-ready.  Spend some times by preparing your bridal makeup bag that will help you to fix or refresh your make during the wedding day. We recommend you to put a lipstick, powder, highlighter, make-up setting spray and a few Q-tips in your bag.  These little tools will help your makeup to look fresh and impeccable for many hours.
